The shop was founded in 2008 by Prof. Renald Blundell, a molecular and cellular biologist. Prof. Renald Blundell has been ranked among the top 2.8% of scientists worldwide, recognising his strong global research impact and influential contributions to bioactive compounds, phytonutrients, and health sciences. His main scientific interests are DNA, stem cells and intracellular biochemical mechanisms. With this knowledge in mind, Prof. Blundell wanted to open a health and beauty shop whereby people can experience new products in a quiet and a peaceful environment. His philosophy, is that in order for people to heal or feel better, the underlying problems have to be identified even the one at sub cellular level. A number of diseases or illnesses develop due to our fast life, poor nutrition and stress thus leading to the lack or decrease in some of the basic biochemical components. With this in mind, Natural Remedies caters for a couple of novel products ranging from vitamins and herbal product.
